These orange cupcakes were so much fun to make. And you can make a ton of different frostings over this.
I have given ideas towards the end of this video. We make these cupcakes every year around Halloween. I call these a shortcut recipe as these are so easy to prepare.
Using a cake mix is a great time saver but making one with quality recipes will yield more delicious and perfect cupcakes.

Preheated oven at @170C.
Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla essence to a bowl and mix well.
Add oil, orange juice, all-purpose flour, and baking powder and gently mix them together.
Pour the batter into a lined muffin mould.
Bake in a preheated oven at @170C for 20 to 25 minutes.
Now you can decorate them according to your choice or follow the ideas I have done.
